Why is Ice type so undervalued to GF? They could at least give resistance to Grass and Ground and a immunity to Water. (I would add Bug to the resistence, but I like bugs and feel like they need some help as well.)

Ice type really wasn't a counter to Dragon. It was a check at best, and a shaky one since every fucking dragon learns Fire attacks.

They could have at least thrown it a bone by making Fire types not resistant to it like in Gen 1.

If they're gonna make it the most fragile type ever, might as well go full glass cannon.

at least ice along with dragon has the highest number of endgame specialists of any type.

True, but Ice-mono Types are still very lacking with 4 weaknesses and only 1 resistance. Water and Grass resist 4 types while fire resists 5 types. It could be one of the worst typings along with bug and possibly rock. (Sorry Bug and Rock bros.)
