You probably won't believe this but I think you guys should know. Apparently the dex cut for Gen 8 will be NOTHING compared to what is being proposed for Gen 9. Some Pokemon are being considered to be cut "indefinitely" such as, Spoink, Swasbuck, Eelektross, Gulpin, Stantler, etc. They are going to be replaced by newer characters that do a better job at realizing these concepts and have "broader appeal."
