Do Ghost Pokémon have sexual organs?
You could argue the only reason some of them (the ones that eat emotions or whatever instead of food,) have a mouth is to utter voice, and express emotion. But I don't think some of them would need an anus/sexual organs and the only reason they would still have them is if they were vestigial.
