Switcheroo Assault Vest.
That's about it. It can be part of a Baton Pass team, but only gets Agility, or Heal Bell if you think you need it.

It has surprisingly decent Special Defence, but that's not even really something it can capitalize on in-game.
it's unfortunately just a really, really bad pokemon.
