GF seems to have a strange reluctance to giving a secondary type to some Electric mons that look like they should have one. Xurkitree being the only Ultra Beast whith a pure type, and fucking Zeroara not being a Fighting type come to mind.
Also, pure-Electric falls too often in the "just a weirdly colored animal" trope, but to be fair, this is also a problem with other types.
Rotom forms taking a bunch of unique type combinations doesn't help to the variety of the type either.
