Buff underused abilities and/or make up new ones

Dazzling and Queenly Majesty: Priority moves heal Pokemon with this ability by 100% (not fully heal, but heal for the full amount they would do in damage). Vespiquen now gets Queenly Majesty. Mismagius, Rapidash (both forms) and Swoobat now get Dazzling

New Ability: Prioritize
Description: Priority moves base power is boosted by 1.3x
Pokemon with this ability: Linoone (both forms, replaces Quick Feet), Lycanroc (all forms, replaces Keen Eye), maybe some other Pokemon idk
