Personally the only two that scream faggy to me are Umbreon and Flareon. I'd say slyveon as well, but canonically he is only in a cheerleading outfit due to them needing more members and when he takes it off he is a lady-killer.
My biggest issue with the official ones is that most don't actually incorporate anything interesting about the original design and are just wearing colored themed clothes. One of the worst gijinka tropes, it's lazy and even though I can still tell what Pokemon they are supposed to be I don't think they are particularly interesting.
The best are probably Espeon and Glaceon. Glaceon's for keeping the "hair" that the original design had. Espeon's red-sucker is a nice call-back and the eared-hoodie while a little lazy works well.
Worst is Vaporeon, if you put that design in front of me without telling me it was a gijinka I'd think it was some male Idolmaster shit.
