Out of all Pokémon, why does Hippowdon have multiple colors? Like, it and Spinda are the only Pokémon that Game Freak actually gave different patterns. How many other Pokémon would benefit from this?

Where the hell do all of Hippowdon's holes lead to? Does it have a big sandbox instead of organs? Is it a system of tubes? If it has so many holes why is it missing an esophagus??

This guy should get Strong Jaw. It's also the only Pokémon I can think of for which giving it Shore Up would make sense. (In the sense that the user gathers sand and the sand heals them).
