it takes about two hours from start if game to tower, just use Home to trade it to your main account, give it exp candies to level 80, trade it back to new file, evolve, and trade to main file

That's another good option on Single Strike. Rapid Strike needs Poison Jab for Grass coverage.

Personally I would always run Poison Jab because Steel is super effective against Ice, Rock, and Fairy, and the former two are also weak to Fighting. But Poison Jab covers Fairy and also let's you hit Grass types for super effective damage.

They have the same BP.
The only real advantage Iron Head has over Poison Jab in practice is hitting Toxicroak, which isn't a very relevant threat.

If we're talking singles, I'd use Thunder Punch over U-Turn since water pokemon are so common and would resist Rapid Strike's signature move.

That's what U-Turn is for.
Switch out into something that can handle the water mons and get that sweet, sweet momentum.
One single mon doesn't need to be able to beat the entire meta.

Blatantly wrong, it has U-turn and a neutral Close Combat for that. The best coverage move is Thunder Punch, otherwise you can even just forget about coverage since Thunder Punch is pretty weak and isn't breaking anything, and run Aqua Jet.
