Ground/Fighting Dingo
Focus on speed and physical attack, not quite glass cannon, but close.
Abilities: Sand Veil, Sand Rush, Sand Stream
Learns mostly kicking moves and ground attacks. At least a few rock and normal moves, along with the usual bite/crunch etc for dog pokemon.
For a special encounter, a pack of them wanders the Wild Area, the Alpha is guaranteed to have its HA if you manage to catch it.
