>>44122040>>44122127Dewott looks like a natural evolution for Oshawott, I do wish that Samurott kept the design of a Sea Otter rather than a Sea-Lion out of the blue. Its a baby sea otter that grows up into a slightly bigger sea otter into a Sea Lion... Its a strange transition for what is supposed to be a Samurai Pokemon, that started and evolved bipedal. To give Samurott credit it does look good underwater.
