With that said, Mimikyu doesn't really count as a Pikaclone because it's not Electric-type, it's not a rodent, and it doesn't have those electric sacs on its cheeks. By that logic, Pikachu is a legendary Pokemon because there's a Pikachu plushie that is wearing a Rayquaza suit.
