Teleport is much more broken so stfu already. She was way broken in doubles, but not as bad in singles. If they ban other needed mons first like Urshifu and teleport or clefable then she can go. But right now she is keeping clef and slowbro teleport swap in check.

I got an infraction for saying that Stall was weak as fuck and comparing Alakazam to Darkrai (then got another post deleted when I called out the same Mod that gave me an infraction for that comparison when he compared Urshifu to Fucking Medicham).
It’s no wonder why National Dex is so dead.

Stall Dittos and HO Dittos are fun since they are so economical.
In Stall vs Stall, you got to figure out how to get the PP of your opponent’s to 0 before your own does, and in HO vs HO, you got to manage your trades and the early game can win the whole duel.

Balance vs Balance isn’t economical.
You don’t trade as much as HO because you have walls, but you at most have 4 walls so PP stalling isn’t that viable.

It wasn’t really.
The only issue was that you had to account for all the S rank Pokemon. And all you had to do really was ban Ash-Greninja, which made it so hard to account for the other broken shit.

And honestly Urshifu shouldn’t have been considered.
It heavily relies of Choice Band do damage and that’s the only strength it has is wallbreaking against Balance teams core.
It was pretty easy to revenge kill and Stall had no issue PP draining.

I'm not certain if the natdex council is retarded or didn't pay attention to the 90% suspect vote for Dracovish.
Dracovish isn't the fastest scarfer, but it's by far the most powerful and the only thing keeping it in check was all the S ranks had similar defensive options, allowing you to use Tapu Fini to neatly deal with Hydreigon/Greninja/Darm/Dracovish. Without that consolidation Dracovish and its teammates is much harder to deal with.

Dunno if you know this but one Pokemon being forced to check several things let's it get weakened for the eventual Dracovish sweep.
Dracovish is easier to check now.

Dracovish only gets harder to check in a less centralized meta. With the S threats gone now there's more opportunity to take advantage of its checks, and teams are still going to run 1-2 dedicated water checks over a water absorber just to handle it.

Regarding there are teams in OU who actually use a shitmon or two, and you aren't a complete idiot in competitive, I think you can pull off at least 1500 just by the idea of countering steel+fairy by using a fire mon. Plus a team around it.

The only "shitmon" on this team is Accelgor which is only supposed to get up hazards and generate momentum with Encore/Final Gambit. Basically a fast Shuckle but with Toxic Spikes instead of Stealth Rock.

HO always used random suicide lead and support "shitmons", that means absolutely nothing.

1500 elo is also laughable, you can make it to the top of the ladder (or at least close) with a random NU Pokemon if you really want to if you're actually good. But why bother using a random NU Pokemon when other stuff is better?

Urshifu is considered for a ban because bar none it is the best wallbreaker/revenge killer in the game currently, Choice Band Wicked Blow shreds basically the entire meta and the only way to really deal with it is either Mandibuzz or certain cores or winning key 50/50s.

Magearna is broken for the reasons stated in the OP, it can snowball entire teams just way too fast via Shift Gear/Stored Power which forces you to spam Taunt or make sure it absolutely never has the chance to set up, or it can blow holes in your team regardless if it's running Specs.
