The RP threads continued for awhile before the ban hammer came down on them hard. Later they reemerged and lasted several threads again before they were banned again.
The dominant poke girl threads sometimes stay up and sometimes don't.
What I think is happening is that there are a few mods who have a much stricter interpretation of the rules, while most mods are fine with these threads. This lines up with the way that slightly lewd images tend to get deleted in bursts, likely when one of these stricter mods gets on.
