Lusamine just wants to kill Necrozma before it can warp to Alola and destroy everyone, so she's more or less the hero but everyone treats her like the villain. The Recon Squad also doesn't make sense because they had a Solgaleo and a Lunala of their own and were just hoarding them the entire time apparently.
