No, because the state of Pokemon isn't his fault. Recall that Masuda's been directing Pokemon games since Ruby & Sapphire.

The current state of Pokemon is shit because:
>BW flopped
>Iwata died in 2015
>Go was a success
>TPC moved away from innovating new experiences to always Kanto pandering to some degree (due to BW flopping and Go being successful)

Masuda didn't even direct SwSh.
He directed Gold and Silver, Ruby and Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl, Black and White, and X and Y.
Most of which were rough around the edges, for sure, but overall were either good installments or were slightly altered to become good installments.
Ohmori is the real problem, but even then, I still wouldn't wish death on him just for being bad at making games.

Just a correction, X and Y wasn't a good installment and it wasn't slightly altered to become a good installment because Sun and Moon was rushed out for the 20th anniversary and there was no time to make Pokemon Z.
But it still fits in line with Masuda's track record of almost making a good game. Just that time, nobody finished it for him.

I do wish many, many things about TPC's contract with Gamefreak changed, of course, and enough is enough with Ohmori's stupid waifu bullshit but killing anyone important isn't going to change that. If anything it's just a chance for things to get even worse
