>>44131851I mean he isn't entirely wrong, generally setting hazards on stall doesn't really make you much progress (especially post 4) where spin blocking is pretty dead. Because you are probably going to be forced to remove your own hazards with defog anyways in later gens because hazards on a stall players side are much more effective than on the offense players side of the field.
And Ferro never really was or is a stall staple, leech seed is pretty crappy longevity and ferro has pretty hard 4mss with stuff like twave, rocks, spikes, gyro, whip, knock, leech, protect, body press. Like ferro is usually a pivot/hazard setter on offense/balance teams rather than something on stall due to it's lacking longevity compared to stuff with better recovery moves.
