I don’t know how easy it is in the new game, but in ACNL, just trying to herd all of your villagers into an area that won’t interfere with public works projects is stupidly annoying. (esp. since I don’t time travel). and planning out roads, public squares, parks, etc, etc. takes waaaay more effort than I’m willing to put into a game where I just want to dick around and catch bugs and collect furniture and never respond to birthday invitations.
