I think the problem with not just Hatterene threads, but also Gen 8 pokemon threads is that the honeymoon moment is over. When I go on Pixiv to see new pokemon art for Gen 8, all I see are characters fanart, but no pokemon. It seem that pokemon is becoming less about the creatures and more about the humans. Seriously, I remember new pokemon getting fanarts left and right when the game came out and now, all I see are the human characters. I think it could also be how barren the game is and how people are being to interested in the game and it's affecting the popularity of the pokemon. What do you think and how do we ix it?
