Should there be fossil forms of non-fossil Pokemon?
You'd be able to dig up fossils of non-extinct Pokemon, and you'd be able to revive the fossils to obtain the fossil form of the Pokemon. Most would be part Rock-Type, and they would vary in terms of lore, design and stats, abilities and movepool. Some would be more different than others
Two examples:
Fossil Dragonite: Rock/Dragon. Design mostly the same as non-extint Dragonite, except more rocky and angry-looking. Movepool would include more Rock-Type moves. Levitate would replace Inner Focus as it's non-Hidden Ability. Stats would be mostly the same, except Defense and Special Defense are swapped around
Fossil Pelipper: Rock/Water. Design based off a Quetzalcoatlus. Abilities would be Frisk and Long Reach, Strong Jaw as a HA. Movepool very similar, just with more Rock moves. Stats and BST would be way different and higher. More focus being on Attack than Special Attack
Any thoughts?
