like with most tattoos, it can be done well. the retarded decisions people make with their own body is no concern of mine, especially if pokemon holds a special meaning to them.
t. weeb boxer friend in high school had half the psychic symbol and half the fighting type symbol from the card games on his shoulder as a "mind and matter" thing, and it was pretty neat i guess.

I'm not a fan of tattoos in general, but they did once have an ftm transgender dude on Naked Attraction with Seadra and Whamon tattoos, they were pretty neat.

The only tattoos that I find even remotely decent looking are very dark colored ones, but even those are all over the place for obvious reasons
