>>44148498>>44148531It makes sense that Dragon gyms are put in at the end when they exist. Dragon is a type with a number of resistances, few weaknesses, and usually high stats. Since your gyms should pretty much be in order of difficulty, you probably need to put dragons in later rather than sooner so that players are able to have a good team and strategies before you just dump pseudo-legendaries on them.
