I NEVER get fountain drinks because I know that they're dirty as fuck. I always get a bottled water. I've experienced both NA & EU (Specifically German) McDonalds. EU ones definitely have a higher quality in terms of food (as far as cleanliness I'm going to chalk it down being dependent on the area. Some stuff in NA is clean as hell)
All that said I don't care how good the food is or how clean the restaurant is I don't trust those fountain machines.
