Have we ever gotten any lore behind why Leon chose Charizard as his ace? I think the new pseudo being it instead, while receiving a gigantimax form, and vetoing out shitzard for a Toxitricity would have catapulted Leon as a more memorable champion instead of a gary stu that will be forgotten when gen 9 rolls around with a waifu champion.
