Gengar is best Ghost type, the real OG of Ghost types. Also, Gengar shoulda just been pure Ghost type, not Ghost/Poison.

Gengar got hurt by the loss of Levitate and nothing else. Since fairies became a thing, having poison STAB against them is what's keeping it among the top among relevant ghosts. Not to mention that losing levitate gave it more utility in absorbing t-spikes and dealing with toxapex.
