G-Max Gengar is shit. He looks like a stupid "scary" amusement park attraction.

Mega Gengar's design actually makes sense. Giving him a third eye reflects that he's well versed in spiritual practices (in this case dark arts) because he's known to curse people including his own trainer.

When Gengar becomes giant and starts eating people then G-Max Gengar will make sense. But all of Gengar's Pokédex entries suggest that he drains energy or curses. So big vore Gengar is a terrible design.
