physical electric type with shitty physical movepool. It's also too slow

wild charge is too weak for a move with recoil damage. Thunderbolt has the same power and accuracy as wild charge and it can also paralize the target and doesn't have any recoil

Alternatively one could add a useful guaranteed side effect to Wild Charge, such as boosting speed +1.

Really the move is just terrible and something needs to be done about it.
