I'd say they both have their upsides and downsides.
Pikalytics's new calculator is fantastic, but Smogon's analyses are still way more in-depth.

I find myself using pikalytics more and more, there are a bunch of times pikalytics mentions some really interesting moves on a pokemon, yet smogon doesnt even mention it in their (admittedly very detailed after gen 5) analyses.

Using KnockvOff on a Celesteela, Chansey, or Jirachi is pretty valuable since you can't touch them whatsoever anyways.
Recover lets you repeatedly switch into stuff like Toxapex and Heatran.
