OHKO moves do their own accuracy calculation based on level difference
the only things that affect that are effects that skip the accuracy calculation entirely like mind reader and no guard

Yes you're right, I'm planning on using this on my Vikavolt to boost accuracy on his Zap Cannons. Zoom Lens does seem to be better since Vikavolt is likely to move after his opponent, thank you.

It's a shame I can't run Zap Cannon and Guillotine on him, but I may still run Guillotine anyways. It's either that or energy ball. Thanks guys.

That's perfectly feasible. OHKO moves are good counters for evasion abusers and other stall tactics. Doesn't matter how many Double Teams or Minimizes the enemy gets up as Guillotine remains at 30% accuracy regardless.

Speaking of which, you should consider having a teammate carry Gravity. Together, Zoom Lens and Gravity make Zap Canon 100% accurate, I believe.
