Forgot to say what it is
It's a little ice guy that always looks the same, but gradually builds a bigger ice golem by evolving, and he sits on top of its head to move around. The golem is controlled with vine whips coming out of the guy's body, like a puppet. In the final evolution, the golem becomes able to freeze the air around it to incredibly low temperature, so low that flames get snuffed out (flash fire)

Evolves from Smeargle and has no moves via level up, TM, or Tutor. If you cheated one in it would only know Sing, so you have to be sure to have sketched the moves you want long before you evolve it. Smeargle also gets a cute beagle puppy covered in finger paint prevo.

Yeah, it would require a slight change to the ability, but it's only used by 2 lines right now anyway, so it wouldn't affect much. I also thought it could have a new move.

Venom Drain - poison type attack - physical - 20 BP - 100 Acc.
If the target is poisoned, the target is cured and the user becomes poisoned.

This could go to other pokemon too, and be an interesting gimmick move.

Dark/Bug cross between a mosquito and stereotypical vampire. Begins as a mere black-and-red gnat with wings slightly stylized to resemble those of a bat, then turns into a humanoid bug with a set of cloak-like wings and a head that resembles a sharp-nosed masquerade mask.

It's 1st 2 stages are Dragon/Poison modeled after a Komodo Dragon (stays on all 4 legs every stage, no biedal at last second shit), 2 paths at 3rd stage.Normal LV up (LV 50) leads to Dragon/Poison, other is a steel covered komodo that has some area corroded off due to poison that requires Metal Coat or a similar item that doesn't involve trade and it can't evolve until it is at least LV50. Has a signature move that is a special poison typed pursuit move that also has +1 priority even if the enemy is not switching. 40 base power, double if enemy is switching.

Other moves: Poison Jab, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Iron Tail, Heavy Slam, Steel Roller, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Dragon Dance, Lunge, High Horsepower

Well damn, didn't see the thread to see someone else did a Komodo Dragon Pokemon as well. Attack wise, this one probably makes more sense as I read Komodo's are not really that strong, but rely on venom glands all around their body that gets into the prey and prevents blood clotting as it makes wounds. 130 sounds more fun though, and Pokemon doesn't exactly have to make sense. Should've thought about Corrosion too as an ability, likely over mold breaker.

How about make it similar to the Living Statue from DQ? Make it Rock/Fighting, tank it's speed and sp attack, and reapply stats to attack and bulk, at least putting it's attack in 150-160+ area.

Yeah, I thought a slow tank made more sense for a large lizard. There are also just not many defensive dragon pseudos, and it made for a nice contrast with my Dingo concept.

Slow and bulky makes sense for it. I still prefer having at least like 100+ in an attacking stat, but that's just personal preference. I don't do competitive, just in game, and attackers are more fun than bulk for me.

Can you be more specific? It was meant to be an unlikely idea, and I didn't really know what I was doing, so I just made the stats to give an idea of how it would play. The idea was to make a kicking pokemon that benefits from Sandstorm. If you can think of a more balanced/better way of doing that, go ahead.
