Not a huge amount. Totem gift mons, some things are a little more common like Stufful, but don't appear in different areas or appear any earlier than before. Which sucks, I was hoping for more of a remix but no. Gumshoos and A-Raticate are less oppressively common, mostly being replaced by whichever USUM dex addition was added.
