Tailwind in singles is a complete meme though, if at all Sticky Web Scizor would be scary. One of the main problems with offensive Scizor in OU is Toxapex but with DIB it could just flinch that shit. The real broken aspect of DIB wouldn't be the noticeable increase of Power, it would be the double chance to flinch.
So a Choice Band Scizor with DIB, BP, U-Turn and then Superpower would be really fucking hard to handle probably, especially without Hidden Power.
Definitely seems like obvious Ubers material. However Double Iron Bash Jirachi is a complete hellspawn that would be quickbanned faster than anything but box legendaries.
