Haven't seen any discussion about this, apparently gen 6 OU received a complete ranking overhaul on Monday:

The biggest change near the top is probably that Metagross-Mega isn't in its own tier anymore. It's joined by Gliscor now which is at #3.
Slowbro-Mega dropped a noticeable amount widening the gap between Metagross and every other Mega. Also apparently regular Slowbro isn't ranked which I assume is an oversight. Latios-Mega is now in B rank when it was previously unranked for some reason. On top of that Latias-Mega also a had a huge rise.
Furthermore a couple of low rank Pokemon that nobody uses anymore like Raikou or Pidgeot-Mega got removed.
There's a couple of more notable rises and drops but those are the most obvious ones I'd say. Will point out some more in a next post.
