Those are the only pure-normal lines.

Monotype three stage families are becoming a rarity in general.
The Galar starters are the one exception in Gen 8.
And before them, there was only Tsareena in Gen 7.
Stoutland being the last pure normal family is no accident, Gen 5 had several families like that.
But since Gen 6, Game Freak has been distributing types a lot more liberally.

Same with Dark and Poison. Closest with Poison was the Nidos which both get Ground at the end so it doesn't count.
