Can be from any games, who do you choose and where can they now be found?(can add a few new areas like in BW2)

i would fill the dex in with much needed type diversity in sinnoh with the first 4 generations.
Like growlithe and vulpix in their respective locations without the gameboy slot needed. Adding other regions pokemon seems strange for sinnoh due to how far and isolated it is from other regions.

Seel, Dewgong - surfing in northern routes
Cubone, Marowak - Mt. Coronet, those mountainy routes leading out of Mt. Coronet
Goldeen, Seaking - surfing
Azurill, Marill, Azumarill - Azurill in earlygame routes, Marill in the beach and marsh routes
Wooper, Quagsire - Same places as shellos/gastrodon
Chinchou, Lanturn - Sea routes
Mawile - Iron Island, Mt. Coronet
Sableye
Surskit, Masquerain - those two routes with the ponds leading out of Eterna forest and south of Hearthome city
Skitty, Delcatty - routes around Hearthome city
Baltoy, Claydol - Mt. Coronet
Shuppet, Banette - Eterna mansion
Sylveon will also get added, and maybe a Jynx Evo too if GF is cool

Honestly can't think more than 33/35 that I feel would fit, and mons from the newer regions just feel out of place in Sinnoh.
