Nothing much, could be an India region (Copperajah dex entry) or China (Urshifu's) or the mysterious place ZacZam originally came from. Or maybe there's no hint at all.

Eiscue also comes from another place different than Galar, but given that it is most likely the pokemon world version of antartica i doubt it will be a new region.

Plot twist: next games don't take place in a new region but you're able to travel through portals into some routes, cities and towns from the past gens.

Also, since Game Freak is so lazy they won't have to think of developing a big new map and instead reuse their old region maps and cut them. This is going to allow introducing region variants for old Pokemon like Unovean Meowth or Kantonean Deoxis.
