I demand an explanation for why Rhydon does not get Head Smash. It is a slow, heavy rock-type that has TWO FUCKING ABILITIES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH RECOIL DAMAGE and it doesn't get the only rock-type recoil move.

You can teach this thing to GODDAMN SURF and you can't teach it to headbutt something really hard with the one move that seems tailor-made for it specifically to use.
