How do you feel about ruined pokemon designs? We all complain about dexit, but this is so much worse. A lot of pokemon have been changed beyond recognition and may as well have been replaced with a Chinese knockoff. These pokemon will NEVER come back, they are gone for good.

Feraligatr is the prime example of this. I don't care if its modern design is more faithful to the Sugimori artwork, it still looks like shit compared to the "inaccurate" GSC sprite. I didn't fall in love with this design looking at some concept art, I spent hours playing GSC and looking at the actual in-game Feraligatr. Gen 3 ruined its design and each game just made it look worse and worse.

Other examples would be Nidoking (I was never a fan, but he's so fucking neutered now) and Pikachu, who went from a lovable fat chinchilla with animal intelligence and a vibrant yellow color to a humanized, self-aware, skinny rat with a really pale yellow color. The poor thing got the Mario/Mickey Mouse treatment and had its design ruined for branding purposes, becoming a soulless coporate mascot.
