Is there anyone who has played Nova Sun/Umbra Moon and could help me please?

I downloaded the Expanded version since it's meant to make every non-legendary pokemon obtainable in the wild.

During the setup/installation process, it asks "would you like to randomize your wild encounters?"

Does this mean the Expanded version requires me to say "yes" to randomization, or is randomization a different feature altogether?
