The problem is that Inteleon has the weakest bulk in the history of starters, so you can't safely set-up against anything or anyone that isn't a Toxapex, and even if you did get that opportunity, you'll just die in one hit next turn to Rillaboom Grassy Glide or Dragapult or literally any of the 100 things that can outspeed it and kill it instantly.
Literally the only way Inteleon would be not-shit is if it had like 140 Sp Atk so it's horribly fragility actualy had an upside to it, but as it stands, it's just awful in every way a Pokemon can be and not strong enough to make up for that.
