mantine, not usually a fan of shinies that barely change but mantine has the exact color of blue i love on a shiny which i think it pulls off extremely well (shuckle has it as well but i love mantine more normally).

I gave up on HA rowlet, first I got a regular one and then I hatched 2000+ eggs (pretty near to 3000) with no luck. After that I hatched a bulbasaur in 64 eggs and a rockruff in 12 eggs. Fucking game knew it was in debt.

Just hatched this in Ultra Moon after ~700 eggs with shiny charm - his name is Kang.

Had a lot of luck the hunt before after getting a shiny Minior on the first hatch, so this bad luck was overdue.

Doing two hunts currently. Doing a badge quest in Sheild, targeting Yamper, but I'm just face rolling everything as I go, taking what I can get.

Also passively doing a shiny Professor Oak Challenge in Let's Go, since I can leave my switch lite running on my lap while I play my og switch on tv. 5 mons down, ~130 to go. Will eventually get all 151, when I'm assed to reset LGE and hunt'em. Then on to the rest of the shiny dex

I lost my UM cart that had literally every shiny I collected since gen 3 so I'm trying to make it up

What games are the best to get shinies in? With DLC2 of SwSh adding the HA Capsule (and Battle Ready ribbon) I care about older titles again.
Likely going to go SOS a Pikachu for Alolan Raichu but undecided on ball.

without having played USUM I know they have a good rate plus most available shiny legendaries to catch in game via the portal bs, similarly i'd bet on ORAS since they have a lot of the legendaries/random mirage islands having most of the other available Pokemon plus the shiny charm

I've played through FR at least 4 times and surely played over 900h in between. I've not seen a single shiny. But I want to get a shiny sentret/furret from that gen to play through all games.

I decided to trying masuda methoding a shiny slurpuff. Then I realized swirlix are wild on the day care route, so I tried doing the murder method while hatching eggs. But apparently the increased shiny chance from that method only takes effect 3% of the time? Is that right? Feels like I wasted my time. I've bred about five boxes of swirlix now, probably would have been more if I hadn't wasted all that time with the wild encounters.

iirc you can get HA from raids, you can check a guide and get a swirlix/slurpuff with HA. Capsules will be a thing once DLC is out as well, surely some people will end trading some in case you don't want to get it.

After three weeks of running the same SOS chaining for a Shiny Hawlucha in UM the Shiny finally appears... and the Synchronizer has failed me again.
Can't stand Synchronize's low success rate in USUM.
Going to start again for the third time. Hopefully I have better luck than the two previous times.

Fav method. Sos chain in Sun by far. Only takes me 100 mons on average. Got like 30 shinies from it so far

Switch has some amazing games, no regrets on it. Also it has some interesting ports that are way more comfortable to play on it, specially if you travel a lot and such.
