Idk, was there ever a title that made you just give on Pokemon almost altogether?
>02'
>find a title called arc the lad collection
>has a monster batting side game superior to pokemon's and an SRPG layout
>tons of maps with different attributes to battle on
>can use human/mainstory party members in battles
>monsters aren't as iconic as they are mostly enemies from the main rpg
>realized that this game came out the same year as pokemon
>outsold pokemon in japan as it was the premiere rpgs on the playstaion
>was delayed 6 years because no one would localize it
By the time I saw sapphire I said fuck it, I am not play that shit.
>Played d/p to give it one more chance but it was kinda shitty,
>finallly played mystery dungeon and realized that game freak a giant pile of shit and that the series needs to be in the hands of a better developer
Anyone else have a similiar experience?
>Inb4 why are you posting?
Games are total shit, but some of the card art is really nice and I check in to see if anything has changed each gen.
