Psycho Boost and the other legendary signature moves aren't usable. They're in the game but there's a flag set on them that makes them fail if you try to use them.

All those moves DID get cut, they just don't have flavor text saying "this move won't work if you try to use it" because transferring anything in the game that can legitimately learn those moves is impossible.

I'm more interested in the fact mythicals are listed at all in the 'not cut' list. Unless that just means they'll be enabled transfer and not in raids like the others. I think it'll be the first time to obtain a legit Genesect in a long time.
