It's pretty hard for a passive and defensive Pokemon too be too much of a suffocating and team limiting presence but Toxapex manages to be one of those rare threats and should be banned for being too broken in OU. It's infurating to switch into safely, infuratingly hard to break even with super effective moves, forces uncomfortable switch patterns and risky plays (30 = 100), potentially pressures the rest of the opposing Pokemon with Toxic Spikes and can't even be set up on properly by most Pokemon. All of its 3 weaknesses have obvious immunites making pivoting around them easier.

Its best switch in is usually itself or Clefable which is another cancerous can of worms by itself.
