>>44266392Nanu's among the better personally I enjoyed Plumeria's character a lot, the whole looking out for the grunts angle I found pretty endearing it's just a shame that the Team Skull Grunts are such colossal fuck ups.
Honestly I'd probably like a lot of the characters more if the game wasn't so pathetically short and fucked narratively, the small additions they gave Mina in USUM made her one of my favourite of the Trial Captains but given that the rest of the Trial Captains aside from Ilima and Acerola got fuck all characterization I guess that's not saying much.
It still frustrates me how they just made up all these shitty excuses for why the story is the way it is and also how utterly asinine most of the characters were and not in a, oh its a kids game so they got to lay their themes on their hands sort of thing, but in the, let's repeat the same blatant foreshadowing three times and then act like the reveal is some big revelation (fucking Aether Family bullshit, I pray GF never tries to write a soap).
