Lucario didn't invent it. Lucario is the best pokemon he should have invented Dynamax. Instead it's some shitty new pokemon that nobody ever heard of that did Dynamax first. That's what Lucario is supposed to do. How could Game Freak fuck up so bad and not make Lucario the first Dynamax pokemon?
