What are some Pokemon that you've always seen one way that you didnt know was completely wrong until later and now cant unsee?

For me its the Hoenn fossils, for some reason i thought the red parts on Anorith/Armaldos head were its eyes (since emerald), and that the markings on Cradilys head were its eyes and its actual eyes were its teeth. Not sure how I fucked them both up but it's really hard for me to see them the right way now.
