What is there to do in SwSh besides
>story gyms & leauge
>dex completion/shiny hunt
>make curry

Havent played since gen6, wondering how the current gen is

What else did you expect from a first version? There's a battle tower and wild area and extra story. Outside that the push is towards ranked online.
This isn't including the things in the expansions
