I remember using onix against it as a wee child, and then I took it out of my team soon after because I didn’t like onix that much.
How I got the onix is something I don’t exactly remember, but it taught me rock resists normal, so there’s that.

Miltank was pretty good in Gen 2 and in HGSS it would by no means be a shitmon at that point in the game.
