This is the first time in my life that I have felt zero need to buy the most recent pokemon game. Even the times when I was planning to skip a gen I eventually caved

Jesus christ, it's just a game, why do you people make such a big deal out of it? People buy and skip games all the time, not just games but every product to ever exist, it's not a strange occurrence or life changing event.
